Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy that offers unparalleled results.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) combines the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.
Developed by the highly acclaimed Marisa Peer who has fine tuned this method for over 30 years.
Rapid Transformational Therapy embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: the use of trance, regression and hypnotic conditioning. however RTT goes beyond, diagnosing what works with clients to build a new therapeutic approach. Unlike many hypnotherapists, RTT does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. Too often this is the sole focus for hypnotherapists. While using correct, up-to-date, and relevant language when talking to yourself is certainly a part of any transformation, it serves as more of a reinforcement of breakthroughs, rather than the catalyst of them. RTT therapists are able to reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if they were simply trying to reach their subconscious mind via altered language and self-talk. Your RTT therapist is equipped with an array of techniques and tools that are crucial, not just in teaching you how to communicate with your subconscious mind, but also directly accessing and fixing whatever blockages may be there. Central to that is the ability to transform many clients in as little as one, two or three sessions.
With Rapid Transformational Therapy we can effectively work though and eliminate old issues and patterns that don't serve you anymore. By looking at the old beliefs, you are able to process and understand them on a whole new level. From there you can heal and rewire or re-code your mind with the new, more beneficial, healthy habits and belief systems put into place with the RTT session and the personalized recording you get from your session.

After the session, listen to your personalized recording for at least 21 - 30 days. The recording will be 10-15 minutes long and personalized to YOU!

WHAT IF I'M BUSY AND CAN'T LISTEN TO THE RECORDING EVERYDAY?
The transformation you experience during your session will guide you in knowing how important it is to listen to your recording everyday. You can even listen to it at night as you drift off to sleep. It doesn't matter when you listen to it, as long as you listen to it everyday. It's short, it's personalized and you will love it! Listening to your recording will become a new habit that improves every aspect of your life. During your session we will brainstorm to figure out the best time for you to listen to your recording so that you get all of it's amazing and transformational benefits!
KNOW that this WILL WORK!
After your session we will connect again within a few days to make sure everything is going well. Then we will do another follow up and check-in each week for 3-4 weeks via phone or Zoom. This is included in the session, no extra charge.
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
The first session usually lasts about 2 hours. I ask that you leave yourself at least 2 hours and then a little time after the session for processing.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Some minor issues (nail biting, phobias, habits) can be handled in just one session. From my experience major health issues, eating disorders, weight issues, anger, anxiety and depression need 3 sessions. We focus on one major issue at each session. It's essential to listen to your personalized recording every day or night for at least 21 - 30 days to receive the full benefits of your session.
IF I NEED MULTIPLE SESSIONS, HOW FAR APART WILL THEY BE?
In most cases, I suggest spreading out the sessions 3-4 weeks apart. With a 3 session package, we will be in contact each week for at least 3 months to guide and track your progress. However, this is what the discovery call is about, to see what you really need. The Discovery Session is FREE, so book yours today!
