Blueberries: 1 cup has been shown to ward off 60% of urinary track infections, aid with digestion and can assist with ulcer prevention. They are FULL of Antioxidants!
Cloves can ease a toothache. Use pure essential clove oil on your gums or teeth, use a cotton swab to apply, or put a few drops in water and swish.
Peppermint: can help relax painful muscles, use with a little olive or coconut oil and massage into muscles. A few drops of pure essential peppermint oil has been noted to pull out and reduce a fever!
Aloe Vera: reduces inflammation, helps with digestion, detoxifies the body, is an antibacterial, anti-viral & anti-fungal. It’s great for skin, alkalizes the body, boosts the immune system, high in amino acids vitamins and minerals. Take internally or on the skin. It’s a natural burn and sun burn reliever!

Ginger: excellent to relieve muscle and joint pain. Can eat and or use as a compress.
Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 tsp of ACV and 1 cup of purified water. Sip slowly for the relief of heartburn.
Pumpkin Seeds: are full of phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, iron, copper, zinc, vitamin B, E & K, reduced LDL cholesterol, helps to aid in sleeping, lowers depression, protects against osteoporosis, is alkaline, prevents kidney stone formation, reduces inflammation for arthritis helps remove parasites and is good for prostate health! MSM (non petroleum) (methyl-sulphonyl-methane) is a naturally occurring sulphur compound. It is a powerful painkiller with anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic and analgesic properties, and it has been said to inhibit the transmission of pain impulses.

Cilantro: is an amazing herb for diabetics, helps with stress relief, digestion, lowers blood sugar, aids with weight loss, anti-anxiety, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, antioxidant and helps with bone health. Controls blood sugar, excellent for eye health, rich in minerals, natural painkiller, wonderful sleep aid, and helpful with Alzheimer's.
Turmeric: My FAVORITE! also called Curcumin has pain relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. I use a teaspoon mix with water and a little stevia, this helps get rid of headaches, muscle aches, cramps, etc!
Oats: (gluten free) have been said to help ease menstrual cramps and help relieve endometriosis. They are loaded with an anti-cramping mineral called magnesium. They are also one of the best sources of dietary zinc for women who suffer from painful periods.
