I know firsthand what debilitating anxiety feels like. From a young age, I struggled with everything from social anxiety to full-blown panic attacks and fears, such as flying and even leaving home. Anxiety touched so many areas of my life that it felt impossible to escape. But today, I’m happy to say those days are behind me.
My turning point came in 2017, when I experienced my first Anxiety Release Hypnosis session. It helped me uncover the deep-seated belief systems and patterns that were fueling my anxiety and holding me back. This newfound awareness not only transformed my relationship with anxiety but also empowered me to reclaim my life. Today, I love to travel, and I’ve even created simple rituals that help me enjoy things I once feared—like getting on a flight. Because I’ve walked this path myself, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to overcome anxiety and regain control. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others do the same. I use my personal experience, coupled with my training in Transformational Hypnosis and coaching, to guide my clients in identifying the root causes of their anxiety and reframing the beliefs that hold them back.
